What is your shipping Policy?
All prints to US domestic customers are shipped using either FedEx or UPS. Prints that are not mounted are rolled and placed into a cardboard shipping tube. Mounted and framed prints are boxed with edge and corner protectors to prevent damage. The larger custom prints that are face mounted to 1/4in acrylic are carefully packed into a custom made wooden crate. All shipments are insured.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
All prints are custom made to order and are not returnable. in the event that there is a problem with workmanship on a print, it will be replaced at no cost. We take every effort to assure customer satisfaction.
